Are the prices inclusive of utilities and bills? +

Prices quoted are for the apartment rent only, exclusive of air conditioning. Utilities (electricity, water, internet) are discussed and agreed separately at the time of enquiry. Please contact us for full details.

Can I rent a single bed in a shared apartment? +

Yes. In the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, individual beds can be rented in a shared arrangement. Beds in the 3 bedroom apartment start from €370/month and in the 2 bedroom apartment from €380/month. Contact us to discuss availability.

Is there an agency fee? +

No. Flat Malta is a direct-owner rental service. We do not charge agency fees. You deal directly with the owner, which means a faster, simpler rental process.

What is the minimum rental term? +

Rental terms are flexible and discussed on a case-by-case basis. Both short-term and long-term arrangements are considered. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
